Droit - L2 : European Economy
The purpose of this course is to present and analyse the main steps of the European integration by means of economic tools. The course adopts a micro-economic approach to explain the EU economic integration and the common policies within the Internal Market (the freedom of goods, services, labor and capital, the trade policy, the common agriculture policy, the competition policy). The economic integration is also approached from a macro-economic perspective to describe the final stage of integration, the economic and monetary union. At the end, students should have a good comprehension of the current and future issues of the European integration from an economic perspective and should understand the role of Europe in the world and the future of the European project.
